I’ve always been a list person. Tons of to-do lists, calendars, and other organizational tools have always been my jam so it was no surprise when I started to find my niche of creating digital teacher planners! Organizing my professional life was a synch for me. THEN, I had my second child. Two kids, a husband, a home, full-time teaching job, AND a small business… I had to step up my digital planning game! From there, my digital life planners were born!
I’ve had the goal of creating a super simple digital teacher planner that is simple, easy to use, and could be used digitally or printed. The planner would have empty tabs so teachers could customize and add templates specific to their schools and districts.
The cool neutral colors are a great visual for this planner. The buttons on the top are linked to essential pieces of this planner but are not too overpowering for the printing of this planner either. Index, to-do list, stickers, and monthly calendars are all linked. My favorite part is the clean spaces that I can fill with my pre-cropped digital stickers. Last week I planned my entire week and forgot about a field trip. It took me under a week to move everything around and add the field trip in!
When creating this planner, I wanted to be sure that teachers had enough room to customize the sections for their professional and personal life. Sometimes a life planner can be overwhelming and have more parts than needed. Using these customizable sections, teachers can choose which lifestyle inserts they want in their planners!
There are 8 different sets of life planner inserts in my store. You can choose which ones work best for you. Each insert set comes with the pdfs of each included form as well as the JPG files of each form. You can choose to simply print the forms or insert them into your digital planner. This parent communication form is a frequent use of mine. I document all communication using this form and then use the search tool to find specific student names when needed.

These forms are in the small group documentation section! Easily keep track of your small groups, plan lessons, and document observations! This is my favorite part of the planner because small group documentation has never been a strong skill of mine, but this makes it so much easier!
